The Sandbox: Early Childhood Ministries
We believe your child is a special gift from God – so we want to provide the best care possible. To accomplish this we will provide a safe, loving, and comfortable environment enhanced by Biblical teaching through songs and activities.
Sandbox Nursery

Room 201 – Nursery I (walking-24 months)

Each room is fully staffed with paid employees as well as volunteers. For your child’s safety, there is always a minimum of two workers per room, and our paid staff is trained in first aid and CPR.

What is ORANGE-ology?
WHAT IS ORANGE-OLOGY?
Orange-ology: Is the belief that two combined influences will make a greater impact than just two influences.
RED = Church YELLOW= Parents
RED + YELLOW > RED or YELLOW
RED + YELLOW = Orange-ology!
When you combine parents and the church the impact on kids is much greater than parents and the church working independently to connect kids to Jesus Christ.
What happens at home influences children much more than what happens at church if for no other reason than the amount of time spent at each place. Parents, you get to spend over 3,000 hours in unplanned acitivities with your children in a given year. The church gets to spend around 40 hours with your child in a given year. Or to put it in simpler terms, the church gets about 1/165 of each week with a child to impart influence. Our desire as a children's ministry is to partner with you as parents to work together to minister the love Jesus Christ to your kids, to equip you to be the primary spiritual influencers of the children in your home.

-
10:30-11:35 God's Backyard Kids (Children's Church)
Goal: Every child learns to worship and gains an appreciation for the fact we were born to worship God. Method:
Small Group Activities include rehearsing creative ways to worship in one of four backyard clubs: Prayer Club, Worship Club, Bible Club and Gospel Club. Adult small group leaders provide intentional shepherding and guide fun and meaningful activities to help children learn to grow in their faith as they apply God’s Word to their lives and prepare to teach their peers how to worship.
Backyard Worship brings all the children together to present what they rehearsed in small groups to the entire congregation of children. The Worship Club becomes the praise team. The Prayer Club teaches us to talk to our heavenly Father. The Bible Club teaches us the memory verse for the month. The Gospel Club brings us the lesson from a Bible story or passage.
